Biodesign

Partook in learning and practicing the methodolgy and skills neccessary to be effective at needs driven innovation in the Healthtech field.

With a multidisciplinary team of engineers, doctors and proffesionals, we started Flowguard (aka. Breazzy) within the sleep apnea field.
      Defining the "pain" or need was the first 3 months of research, interviews, and brainstorming.
      The next 3 months were prototyoping ways to prove technological feasibility.
      The last 3 months were developing a business model for pitching and raising funds.

    o Networked with important mentors and stakeholders in the Biomedical Field

    o Designed in Solidworks and Blender prototypes and printed with resin printers

    o Awarded 25k NIS and continued working on design and intellectual property of the project

    o Continued on learning how to start a company in the summer extension with Josef Friedman

    o Worked with patent lawyers on writing a provisional patent for the technology
